We have moved in to our new offices in Sagveien 23C! The location is in a very nice area by Akerselva, amongst other creative offices. The interior has been fully refurbished and is now fully customized for our needs. See more pictures here.

K8 has been out on an exiting horse riding day with insight work at EKT Rideskole.

For the first time, K8 is sponsoring the prize for best industrial design at the AHO Works Awards. The winner was Jonas Berglund Aalberg with his project WTA + WB, an innovative wheelchair project. We congratulate him and all the other winners!

This Christmas you can donate a SunBell to someone who needs it in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. We visited these people in October, and they would really need a good light source to study and work at home! The fundrasing is arranged by Mwangaza, one of Bright’s distributors. After almost ten years at Skøyen, K8 has signed a new contract at Sagveien 23C! We’re currently planning and refurbishing the new offices and expect to move in early 2016. K8 project manager Lillian Korstad and interior architect Nina Haeg uses a 3D printed model to plan the interior setup, room by room.

K8 was represented at one of the first Pådriv workshops, an initiative to gather thoughts from different companies and professions in order to make a more sustainable society together. Two very interesting days together with very inspiring people that had a lot of Pådriv (energy/guts/will to create)
